Women in gaming: Representing the other 50% with Jay & Poornima

Did you you know the games industry is worth 159 billion dollars, but less than 20% of gaming execs are women? Jay Shin and Poornima Seetharaman are here today to share their experiences of working as women and as entrepreneurs in the games industry.  Jay is co-founder of Arrogant Pixel, a PhD candidate at the University of London Birkbeck and lecturer at the University of West London. Poornima is a Lead Game Designer at Zynga, has recently been inducted into the Women in Games hall of fame and is also co-founder of multiple gaming companies.
