Episode 37: The Council of Nicaea Part 11: Wrap Up

The First Ecumenical Council, or world-wide synod, which took place at Nicaea in modern day Turkey, involved many of the biggest names of the day and really turned the Roman world on its head. Christianity, which was a heavily persecuted religion, became the preferred religion of the Empire all in the course of a few short years.
