HR Works (Episode 24): How Women Leaders Can Overcome 'Subtle' Workplace Barriers

For years, HR managers have been working to eliminate discrimination against women in the workplace. And, not to suggest that that’s no longer a concern, but today as women leaders progress in the workplace, they often face more subtle barriers that hold them back from fulfilling their true potential. To help us to understand these barriers better, we’ve asked Cynthia Sax to join us. She is Senior Vice President, Consulting Services at Caliper, a global employee assessment and organizational effectiveness firm. In addition to leading Caliper’s assessment and organizational development consulting practices, Cyndi is also leading Caliper’s Women Leaders Program, a talent development program which draws on the firm’s research into the unique attributes, behaviors and challenges that women leaders face in today’s business environment.
