ICTP 163: Piloting the very first regional digital currency in the world, with Sharmyn Powell of the ECCB

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is in the process of piloting DCash, the Central Bank Digital Currency for the countries of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).
