Today we have a fantastic episode that truly shows the impact our GADs have. We have two interviews that we recorded over the last few weeks with Neeley Erickson and Kristie Engerman about specific ways they’ve made their community and their housing markets stronger. With Neeley we’ll discuss the formation of a template for communities on how to get rid of restrictive covenants that many towns don’t even know still exist in their charters. And with Kristie we’ll also welcome PAAR representatives Jennifer Hamm and Becky Peterson to talk about an innovative and vital new downpayment assistance program developed in conjunction with the city of Peoria.
