Assistant Professor at UNC School of Medicine and pediatric neurologist at the Carolina Institute of Developmental Disabilities,  Dr. Diana Cejas discusses how ableism impacts patients and physicians in this two-part episode. She explains how disability is more than pathology, and shares how the culture in medicine pressures physicians to hide their disabilities.
