My marathon tasting of the 2019 vintage in Burgundy will be completed by lunchtime on Friday, 4th December, after ten weeks of tasting at 200 domaines and merchants across the Côte d’Or – preceded by excursions in the Mâconnais (report published here) and Chablis (report imminent).
