When he tried to tell his teacher about it, she thought it was a joke because Jonah was laughing so hard. The other kids in Jonah's class also began laughing and one even claimed he was going to poop, causing everyone to laugh even harder. Jonah discovered that if someone heard him laughing, they would start laughing too. He went home and told his dad about the candy, but his dad was also laughing uncontrollably. Jonah's friend Steve suggested that biting a piece of hair might help stop the laughter, so Jonah cut a piece of Steve's hair and put it in his mouth. The laughter stopped immediately, but Jonah began growing hair all over his face. Steve was laughing so hard at the sight of Jonah with a beard on his nose that he also began growing hair all over his body. Eventually, they both ended up looking like werewolves.
