The Journey to No. 17

Special Episode on the Lakers' journey to winning No. 17 and how this Laker team was able to do it with all that’s gone on. Honestly, it was one of the toughest seasons: Losing Kobe & Gigi, the pandemic, the season stoppage, the social justice movements, sacrificing time away with their family in the Bubble and so forth. How this team has persevered through these circumstances, through the criticisms it received and challenges it went through and how that all culminated to them hoisting the Larry O-Brien Trophy at the end of the day made this championship special. Everything will be said in retrospect but that’s okay. This team really did it! They really made a perfect story book ending, despite everything that went on.
