Does your lash business provide the best customer service in your community? If I were to visit your business, what do you think would most impress me about your customer service? (Please don't say, I developed a close connection with my guests...everyone says that). I know many of you think your customer service is second to none, but what really makes your business stand out? Is it the reception area? Your in-room etiquette? What makes you special? In today's episode, we talk about giving your salon a customer service audit where you rate every "touchpoint" in your business. Being the best means you go beyond the norm and wow your clients with special customer service touches that other businesses don't do. If you want your business to stand out, you can't just do what everyone else is doing. You need to take a deep look at your business, be honest with yourself and grade it accordingly. Once you can have that honest conversation with yourself, you can start to build a business that will set you apart from your competition.
