261. We Share How Black Friday Almost Killed Our Salon

Another Black Friday has come and gone...I'm guessing that many of you offered discounts to your clients in hopes to bless them with some holiday love. Sadly, many of you end up offering Black Friday discounts to your clients when you don't need to.
