269. Make Competition Your Friend in 2023

We love collaboration...but we love competition even more. We've always used competition to push us to do better with our conference and podcast. Online I see people embrace the idea of collaboration over competition, and while I think that is wonderful...I'd love to see more lash artists embrace the idea that competition is good too. Just because the lash artist down the street is your competition doesn't mean she needs to be your enemy. You can be friends and be competitive. Competition can be a great motivator.
