84. Ted Gipson & Jason Backe Discuss Reopening Their Salon Despite State Shutdown Orders

Salons around the world have been mispresented, misunderstood and plain out ignored during this Covid-19 crises. The beauty industry has been hurt immensely with all the mandatory shutdowns, and as a result, sadly we know quite a few salons have decided to just call it quits. In California, salons were ordered to shut down again in early July and now are only allowed to provide services outdoors. We are blessed to have Jason Backe and Ted Gipson join us in the LashCast studios to talk about their reopening a couple of weeks ago where they decided to defy the governor's orders to stay closed. This was not an easy choice for them, but they felt as leaders in the beauty industry it was important to do this to hopefully draw attention to this gross injustice.
