Tanna Rae Wroblewski was less than four months old when her parents, Matthew and Alyssa Wroblewski, brought her along on a boating trip at Lake Havasu in Arizona. As the temperature soared to nearly 120 degrees, Tanna Rae was found in distress and rushed to a hospital where she died. Now the district attorney’s office is considering whether to charge the Wroblewskis.
