Josephine’s leadership journey was not linear, she started her professional life training to be a medical research scientist but quickly found herself in construction where she’s stayed for over 35 years. Josephine got to where she is today by accepting of a series of opportunities that were presented to her from directorship roles for not-for-profit organisations to listed companies and government. It’s important to remember that most of the time you will be providing counsel, advice and direction to the CEO.
