Scaling and expanding into new markets has its own unique set of challenges, but it also has many opportunities. What needs to be set up in your business in order to be expansion-ready? Who we hire is what makes all the difference in the world. We have to bring people in who are self-motivating and don’t need a lot of hand holding. Referrals may be a good, low cost way to do business but that’s not scalable 4 states away.
