The best expireds are the ones from 2013, 2014, 2015-- but no-one is going after them. The goal is to convert a stranger into an acquaintance, and then turn that acquaintance into an advocate. Those advocates become your centers of influence. The person who fails the most is going to achieve the most.   At the start of the show, Michael shared about his business, where he is now, and where he wants to go next. We then talked about how agents limit themselves when it comes to their sphere of influence and how to increase engagement.
