Episode #7 - The Young Financial Journalist Competition Winner 2021 (16-17 Age Category) in association with the Financial Times – Eliza Stevenson-Hamilton from Benenden School, Cranbrook

In this episode Eliza, our Young Financial Journalist Competition winner (16-17 age category), talks to us about how she entered the competition, the process she went through to write the article and how it feels to have won. Eliza also talks about the blog she writes (Losing Interest) and how this helped with approaching writing the article. The YFJ competition is organised in partnership with the Financial Times. The competition looks for well-argued articles from students aged 14 to 19. Winning entries are published on the Insights section of our website and are featured in the Financial Times or FT Money. The winner of each age group also receives a £150 cash prize.
