Simon talks to Duncan Slater about his time in Afghanistan. From an young age Duncan endured difficult times, none more challenging than his experience during military service when a bomb exploded underneath him. Duncan explains how despite losing both of his legs, he went on to run ultra marathons in the desert and ride a bike from Lands End to John O Groats.
