Luke Sutton

Simon talks to former Cricket Captain Luke Sutton about his competitive attitude to life and how this led to valuing winning at all costs. Luke struggled with finding a release from the pressures of needing to win and found calm in using alcohol. He also endured the sudden loss of his long-term partner. Things spiralled out of control, and after a period in rehab and a near-fatal diagnosis in hospital, Luke found a way to approach life differently. Today he says that he is learning to live with his past and carry life forward into the future.
