Ep 5. Earthquake Aftermath & Changing Values with Diren Kartal

Today I am joined by Diren Kartal, who is a close friend of mine and also an online fitness coach. But today we are not talking about fitness. Diren and his family are Kurdish/Turkish and he is just back from a second trip to Turkey to help with with aftermath of the earthquake that affected millions of people in Turkey and Syria. Diren is passionate about helping people in all areas of life. We also talk about how our values have changed since we first met in Bali all those years ago. We tackle some controversial topics later on in the episode, but I think it is interesting to hear differing opinions. Myself and Diren would have conflict of opinions in a respectful way in real life and I think you will hear that throughout this episode.
