Live Well Bipolar ™ - En podcast af Paris Scobie - Mandage

It’s no secret that living with bipolar disorder is no easy feat. It can take over your life and cause chaos in ways you can’t imagine. The ambiguity of the disorder, along with the long and difficult road to healing can be one of the toughest battles a person can fight. Not only for the individual, but the family surrounding them as well. Yes, it’s tough, but healing IS possible, not only healing, but a beautiful thriving life. However, it takes a village, but the point is it’s possible, something we forget when speaking of bipolar disorder, and any mental illness for that matter. So, what if we flipped the script on how we talk about bipolar disorder? What if we spoke about it, not as a life sentence, but something that can be overcome with more empowering language. Can there be a bright side to bipolar disorder? Our guest on today’s episode is trying to do just that!
