133: Scream Therapy

Live Well Bipolar ™ - En podcast af Paris Scobie - Mandage

Just as nuanced as each bipolar diagnosis is, so are the treatments. Different treatments work better for different people. Medications that would help one diagnosis may not have the same effect on another. This is why we have to explore the different areas of treatments that could be beneficial to stabilize bipolar. Sometimes the most unconventional methods have the greatest effect. Such as scream therapy. Sound intense? Well, intensity may be what it takes to release and move the pent up energy when it has nowhere else to go.
