88: Tackling Codependency in Relationships

This week my wonderful guest, Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick, is joining us! Dr. Elizabeth is a LPC (licensed professional counselor) in the state of Arizona and holds both a doctoral degree in psychology along with a masters degree in professional counseling. She founded her own practice called Evolve Counseling right here in Gilbert, AZ and will also be expanding to Scottsdale! She is also a professor at GCU (Grand Canyon University) along with co-hosting her own podcast and YouTube channel called Evolve Counseling!  I am super excited to have Dr. Fedrick with us today to get into what “Tackling Codependency in Relationships” is all about!
