What does Self Care mean to you? Do you implement it in your life? Why or why not? As busy bodies, we can tend to put this tool off. We think we're too busy to utilize self care. We tell ourselves we need to just keep going, and we'll take of us later.  This comes at a cost.  However, I want to share a new way of looking at self care as a busy body.
