This time the scandal involves former President Martin Vizcarra and his cohorts who all secretly took the covid vaccine five months before it was made available to the public and long before anyone was known to have access to it. We dive back into the corrupt nature of Peruvian politics and try to figure out which presidential candidate has a chance of winning in the upcoming April elections.
