And how often have lazy hip flexor stretches every provided long-term relief? EXACTLY MY POINT! Tight hip flexors have been blamed for low back pain for far too long. "Stretch your psoas" they say. But it just doesn't work! Your back pain or sciatica continues! This is because stretching your hip flexors or psoas for low back pain is often a huge waste of time. A tight muscle is a weak muscle and many people do not strengthen their hip flexors at all. This leaves you stretching a weak muscle hoping it will change, but it never does and your pain persists. Strengthening your hips and improving your function will however change the tightness of your hips and possibly improve the way your low back or sciatica feels.  So in this video I show you why "tight hip flexors" is a joke of a diagnosis, and what you can do instead to actually get results!
