We all put so much emphasis on date night, right? And that is so important for our relationships, but how often do we discuss our goals? Carving out time to specifically discuss your goals with your spouse and letting them know how they can support you is so important. Open communication and being consistent will help you both achieve your goals. Oftentimes there is a fear around checking those goals throughout the year because we may have been overzealous when we created them. It is great to have accountability with your goals but give yourself grace. It is ok to amend them throughout the year! Plan a specific time each month for a goal review session instead of discussing it during date night. Date night is for connecting and strengthening your relationship.
