Special needs parenting + Grief

It is ok to grieve what you thought your pregnancy and parenting journey would be like and isn't.  It does not mean we don't love our children.

As parents of special needs children there is a unique type of grief we experience. 

Its a rollercoaster of emotions for years to come.
