#51 - Can Flare-ups Be Beneficial?
Rebalanced - En podcast af Robbie Cassidy - Mobility Tutor - Physiotherapist & Health Coach

In this episode of the podcast I discuss how reframing the idea of a flare-up can be an effective way to make progress. In general a recurring injury flare-up happens when our body kicks back, whether that be a result of too much load or general fatigue. This may present as a significant increase in pain, tightness or muscle spasm around an area. At times this can have quite an effect on your confidence and make you feel like your back at square one or have reinjured an area. In this episode of the podcast I explore what a flare-up actually is, why changing our thought patterns are important as well as how we can reframe our experience to use it to our advantage.
