Yoga is something I often see people start to incorporate more with the hope of mitigating injuries, especially in GAA & running. We explore why yoga is thought to be an effective method and should it be incorporated in season or in the off season to help reduce risk of injury during performance. We also discuss what else you can do to reduce injury risk in season.
