Meditation is a powerful mental training tool to improve concentration, productivity, creativity and performance. The ancient practice of meditation has been mixed in through many religions in different forms - prayer, breathing, mantra. The idea of stilling the mind and focusing on a point is much the same throughout though. In this episode of the podcast I discuss the benefits of meditation. I don't only speak on the ones people say they feel, but the actual changes that happen in your brain after meditating, and how these connect to the reported, subjective benefits that people notice. The brain physically adapts to meditation, it reorganises & reforms to improve your ability to focus, be calm & be present.
