164 - It Doesn't Matter if You're Better or Faster

As entrepreneurs there comes a time when the momentum we can create on our own just isn't enough. We know the outcome is bigger then we can accomplish by ourselves so we start to build a team. Every entrepreneur in the world, including me, has thought to ourselves "but I am so much better and faster than they are." This thought is our ego getting in the way of our contribution, you don't have to let that happen.
