The idea that there are certain times when it is easier to find houses is a bit of a myth.  The reality is that there are opportunities to find profitable real estate investments at any time.  Even when the market is seemingly difficult and in a state of transition (like in 2011), there was no shortage of profits to be made on house flips.  I'm sharing the mindset and the specific tactics I use to make sure that no matter what is happening in the market there's no shortage of homes in need of rehab.     Want to Learn More?
