A conversation with our three guests (Ermiya Eskandary, Hamad Ali and Mati Kos) about what it means and what it's like getting into coding. All the good, the bad, and the unexpected were debated in this episode.   About the guests: Ermiya eats code for lunch (his words) and he's been a professional software developer for around a year now. Hamad turned 19 (on the day when we recorded; Happy Birthday!) and he's just got an apprenticeship in software development. Mati started working in software development 6 months ago after more than a couple of other careers.
