He tells them that he's found a tarp with a stream of blood leaking from it in his neighbor's apartment. Once police arrive, they find a human torso. The owner of the apartment? 30 year old Jared Chance. He's just had his friend Ashley Young over and she never made it home. But why would he kill and dismember someone who is supposed to be his friend?
