In the two episodes they visit the Avery Brewing company in Colorado, a brewery committed to producing eccentric ales and lagers that defy styles and categories. In part 2 of 2 we meet the fascinating Travis Rupp in Stockholm. Travis keeps himself busy by working hard both as an Innovation & Wood Sales Manager AND as a professor at the University of Colorado teaching history. Travis is titled Beer Archaeologist, thus we dive deep into beer history and get to hear about how he recreated an ancient beer, which of course gets our hopes up for a Vasabeer... Enjoy
