The latest one, The Thermalist, delves into the benefits of breathwork, heat, and cold therapy as a means to reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.In this episode, Susanna shares the results of her research, which, among other things, provide guidance on how often and how long you need to expose yourself to heat and cold to enjoy the full health benefits of these treatments.
