This week, Dylan is joined by Thomaz Lima Mayer of Lima Mayer Wines. They discuss, amongst other things, why Portuguese wine is so very good. Lima Mayer wines are produced at Quinta de São Sebastião in Monforte, which was part of one of the most traditional and prestigious farms in the Alentejo.
