In this week's episode we have Reece Devlin on the podcast. Reece is a great guy who is based in Scotland and used to be in door to door sales, before jumping into property with his dad and then starting his own property trading company, which is now his main focus! In this episode we chat to Reece about the lessons he learnt from his roles in sales and how he quickly learnt to handle rejection. As well as this we discuss how to speak with investors and the fact that you should treat them like a friend and not somebody with lots of money! Furthermore we speak to Reece about how he structures his working relationship with investors and how he makes sure that they aren't going to be time wasters.
