Currently, she is responsible for developing and motivating people, enhancing organizational performance, and creating a positive and inclusive work culture.As the Head of Learning, Development, and Motivation, she leads a team of professionals who design and implement innovative learning solutions, employee engagement initiatives, and motivation strategies for about 7,000 employees across the country. In collaboration with the senior management, they align the learning and development goals with the business strategy and vision.
