Today, we're talking about how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals and actually stick with them.   To maximize this lesson, grab your S.M.A.R.T. Goal worksheet here - www.consistentpeak.com/planner There's a new year upon us and, chances are, you've got goals. There are a couple of reasons that people fail to reach their goals when they create them inside their minds.  Mainly because they're:   - Too vague   - Too big of a goal or a dream (which we're going to get into today)   - They're not relevant to the main thing that they really want to work towards   - They have no defined start and end date   So today we're going to go over how to set better goals and even gamify those goals by using the S.M.A.R.T. framework.    S.M.A.R.T. stands for...   Specific   Measurable   Attainable   Relevant   Time-bound.   We want to use this as a checklist to make sure that our goals truly are S.M.A.R.T. goals and then we need a system that makes sticking with those goals easy and fun. We use S.M.A.R.T. Goals because they give us clarity and focus which allow us to take action. And that's why the S.M.A.R.T. framework is so effective.
