If you didn’t already recognize the last name, we sit down with Diego’s  little brother Gonzalo Corzo in this episode. Gonzalo’s journey really  started after one fateful weekend where he was exposed to all things  entrepreneurship, personal finance, and of course, real estate.   Prior to then, he viewed real estate as something his brother did (as  Diego’s Realtor career was just beginning to take off at the time) and  didn’t really see himself being fulfilled by much of the same things.  But sure enough, after that one retreat, Gonzalo was bitten by the bug.  He dropped out of college and has never looked back.  The years that followed consisted of many hours of networking,  shadowing, working for free, working part time, and learning. He fell in  love with the thrill of the sale and now mentors and employs others who  want the same thing.   Up to date, Gonzalo owns and operates his wholesaling company Cash  Geeks, who just last month, grossed $372K in sales while currently  employing 17 in-house employees and eight virtual assistants.
