House Hacks, Listings, and Mentorship with Andres Bustamante Originally from El Paso, and now based in Austin, TX, Andres Bustamante is a 24 year old real estate investor creating wealth through real estate sales and House Hacks. The crazy part is he only bought his first property when he was 23! Andres recalls that his journey to real estate began during his freshman year in college. And it wasn’t some dream job that he’d always wanted to do. It came out of necessity, having to pay for school and housing. With his options limited, and no real direction for his career, he decided to become licensed and initially started working as a leasing agent. Towards the end of college, Andres began to focus more and more on the rental and investing side of real estate. He absorbed as much information as he could and eventually met the likes of Diego Corzo. Andres’ story is still very much being written and that’s where we meet him in this episode. Up to date, Andres owns four properties consisting of one House Hack, two soon-to-be House Hacks, and an AirBNB. When he’s not putting properties for himself under contract, he works as a full time Realtor out in Austin, TX. Over the course of the next year, his goal is to obtain $7K in passive cash flow and help at least 50 families in his real estate sales business.
