Now, with 16 years of experience, Nguyen gives a few words of wisdom to those who are trying to figure out where they’re headed. “The most important thing in life or your job is purpose. You have to have purpose and integrity in what you do – that will always make you strive and be successful,” Nguyen expressed. But even if the spark is there – when it comes to business, there is little progress without diligence and follow-through. As we continue the conversation, Nguyen provides a few words of advice about how to demonstrate discipline in and outside of the workplace. And with that in mind, she explains that once you have a strong work ethic – success will follow – and once you reach your goals, it's essential to be appreciative. “When you learn to work for everything that you have, you value it. And when you value, you tend to realize that you’re blessed for the things that you have,” she stated.
