#92: Chronic illness/adversity in life & relapses

As most of you know, I have a chronic illness (lyme's disease). While at a certain point it motivated me in my recover, chronic illness, but also life-adversity in general, can be a HUGE trigger for (relapses of) eating disorders. So how do you deal with them without turning to food/your eating disorder as a way to cope? And if you do, how can you learn from it in order to avoid it in the future?
