Time Spirits arise from potent experiences or beliefs which involve the larger societal field. Each region or country has its own time spirits, depending on its history. For example, the United States wrestles with the Time Spirit of 9/11 and Germany works with the Time Spirit of the Holocaust,In this episode, Faith talks about working with a Time Spirit. In order to work through a Time Spirit, we have to become aware of its impact on the relationship or team and design an alliance for dealing with it.
