Welcome to episode 4, where we are joined by Georgia Fraser, a passionate wind turbine assessment engineer at RWE Renewables. Georgia talks us through her journey into offshore wind and how some key decisions whilst still at school helped shaped the path she took - which is important for the future generations who will eventually work in the industry, as awareness of which qualifications to pick is essential to getting involved.  Georgia also talks about women in STEM and the challenges faced as a female in industry, which is an important topic and one that will appear more in the series.
