'ОБСУЖДАТЬ' (Imperfective aspect) // 'ОБСУДИТЬ' (Perfective aspect) - to discuss – обсуждать проблему, - to debate a bill – обсуждать законопроект, - to argue round the subject – без конца обсуждать что-либо. Imperfective verbs have Present, Past and Future tenses. Perfective verbs have Past and Future tenses, no Present tense.
