86 years of gnocchi-making: preserving the contributions of Australia's Italians

Thousands of Italians migrated to Australia in the 1950s and 60s, bringing with them new ways to eat drink and grow food. A project in South Australia aims to preserve the contribution of Italian migrants, recording oral histories of early pioneers.
